Wyndham Garden Legend Halong

It was a great experience. Everything was new and sparkling (main reason why we chose them). The location was great and the staff was friends. I appreciate the fact that they were flexible with their policy. A good instance was the check out time; it ought to be 11 but we asked for 12 and the agreed with no qualms.

Highly highly recommend this hotel if you stay at the Ha Long Bay City. (1) A new hotel, rooms are so clean and modern. (2) Room size is big and comfortable. (3) Great central, convenient location, with walking distance to restaurants and Cable car station. (4) We booked a room with view/balcony. Great view with natural light. (5) Rich breakfast choices. (6) Super friendly staff, treating us as valued customers.

Brand new, great staff, good location, amazing view. We decided to stay last minute and it was Lunar New Year’s Day so most things were closed. Duc Thang who was working the front desk went out of his way to make calls for us and got us 2 spots on a Halong Bay dinner cruise! That made our visit so special. Thank You Duc:)

Lovely hotel with great staff. Big room with all facilities. The swimming pool is freezing but very big and with great views. I stayed here after a day cruise in Halong Bay - the hotel is right across the road from Halong International Cruise Port.
